Stephanie graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016 . She previously acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services also from the University of Phoenix in 2012. She has found her passion in working with families of all shapes and sizes, knowing that if you can affect positive change for one member of the family you can positively affect the whole family system. Stephanie has clinical experience working with children, teens, couples and parents both individually as well as in group settings. She also works blended families, military, non-traditional and single parent families. Stephanie has knowledge in DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Practice, Family Systems, Client Centered, Expressive, Play and Art Therapies she uses in a variety of settings with a variety of clients to help support and encourage them as they seek to implement change in their lives. She is a team player who is passionate about encouraging, assisting, mentoring and supporting teens as they navigate the difficulties of life and seek health, wellness and meaningful relationships.
In addition to working with teens, Stephanie has five teens of her own as well as a younger kiddo. In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and kiddos watching super hero movies and playing board games. She enjoys going for nature walks, gardening, doing crafts and reading.
