Sydney Haga, Therapist – ACMHC

Sydney comes to JMCR with a passion for helping adolescents learn to cope with depression, anxiety, and other challenges, as well as helping them discover their worth and potential. Sydney graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Psychology and from Westminster College with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings, primarily focused on anxiety and depression. It is her mission at JMCR to ensure that each teen feels valued, understood and capable. She seeks to accomplish this mission through compassion and acceptance.

When not working Sydney enjoys spending time with family and friends going to sporting events, concerts, plays, staying active, and spending time outside.
